Maui Charity Pizzas was founded in 2016 by Jonathan Yudis and his son William Yudis as a simple act of kindness and community service on the island of Maui, Hawaii.
What began as delivering free pizza slices to those experiencing homelessness and hardship has grown into an ongoing monthly outreach dedicated to feeding people with dignity, compassion, and aloha.
Each month, volunteers drive throughout the island delivering fresh pizza directly to individuals and communities in need — offering not only food, but also human connection, conversation, and care.
At its heart, Maui Charity Pizzas is built on the belief that even small acts of generosity can make a meaningful difference. A slice of pizza may seem simple, but to someone who is hungry, forgotten, or struggling, it can also be a reminder that they are seen, valued, and loved.
Our mission is to continue serving the Maui community while inspiring similar grassroots kindness projects in communities around the world.
